Our unit is a non-smoking and no pet environment. We ask that you adhere to that request. Our management company will monitor the use of the unit at checkout  and confirm this policy was followed. There will be a charge to the renter if it s determined  that a pet was in the unit or smoking occurred. Owner reserves the right to change unit furniture and decorations at any time.
