2012 Rental Rates:
Low Season (Jan.- April 15 & August 15-Dec.15 except High and Holiday season).....$75 per night
Regular Season May- (August 15 - December 15 except High season weeks)...........$ 85 Per night
High Season (Weeks such as; President's Week, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving)..$ 95 per night
Holiday Seasons (New Years Eve, Easter/ Passover, Christmas).............................$105 per night
Minimum Stay 3 nights

Rates will be determined by the season and length of stay.

Special rates for monthly rentals can be provided upon request.
All sales tax will be in addition to rental charges.

In addition to the rental rate, a cleaning fee will be required for stays less than Seven (7) nights.
A Security Deposit  of $250.00 is required and refunded upon confirmation of departure.
Other fees may apply.

A 25% deposit is due with reservation and full payment plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival full payment is due.
