Rental Rates:
Low Season ............$79 per night
Regular Season............$ 85 Per night
High Season..............$ 95 per night
Rates will be determined by the season and length of stay.
Special rates for monthly rentals can be provided upon request.
All sales tax will be in addition to rental charges.
In addition to the rental rate, a cleaning fee will be required for stays less than Seven (7) nights.
A security Deposit of $250.00 is required and refunded upon confirmation of departure.
Other fees may apply.
A 25% deposit is due with reservation and full payment plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival full payment is due.
